The Rondalla ensemble, Choral group and Line dancers performed at Parliament Hill, Ottawa, Canada.

SOSA held the "Celebrate Culture, Heritage and Diversity" concert at Markham Theatre with Philippine Heritage Band as guest performers.

  • Choral Group sang “ My Prayer, Ikaw and Pintasan”

  • Folkdancing Troupe danced Malong, Subli, Sakuting and Baston

  • Line Dancers danced Smoking Tango and Dance Again

  • Rondalla ensemble played Lulay, Ay Ay Kalisud, Mabuhay and Leron Leeron Sinta

  • Best Dance Presentation Award Trophy

  • Best Presentation Group Award Plaque

  • Best Group Parade Dance Award Trophy

SOSA was awarded the following by the 29th Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2018:

  • A Certificate of Commendation for their continued success in serving as ambassadors for music, wellness, learning, and fellowship across the nation and extend its warmest Aloha and best wishes for continued success in all future endeavours.
